JOB DESCRIPTION

The Production Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing a compact team, preparing financial forecasts, conducting performance appraisals, maximizing manufacturing performance metrics, ensuring thorough training in processes and safety protocols, maintaining adherence to specifications, implementing Lean methodologies, and overseeing manufacturing processes to deliver high-quality products/services

• Supervises and guides a compact team of skilled direct reports, ensuring their productivity and effectiveness in executing tasks with precision and efficiency.
• Develops comprehensive financial forecasts and annual operating plans to strategically guide financial decisions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Maximizes manufacturing performance by meticulously optimizing key metrics such as productivity, equipment utilization, cost of non-quality, and overall efficiency, thereby enhancing operational effectiveness and streamlining production processes.
• Provides thorough and ongoing training to operators in production processes and Health & Safety protocols, prioritizing their competence and safety while executing tasks.
• Ensures strict adherence to specifications and requirements in work instructions and tools utilized throughout the production process, maintaining consistency and accuracy.
