We’re looking for a highly organized Production & Operations Team Lead to join our team and oversee day-to-day production, inventory, planning, documentation, sanitation, and compliance.

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet targets and quality standards.
• Manage cannabis and non-cannabis inventory, ensuring accurate seed-to-sale tracking.
• Develop and maintain production schedules based on forecasts and capacity.
• Maintain all production documentation to Health Canada standards.
• Oversee sanitation protocols to meet GPP compliance.
• Support audits and inspections.
