Production Operative | Manufacturing Operative | Production Worker

Holsworthy | 11-hour shifts | 4 days a week | 6am-5pm | Full-time | Temporary | 4 positions available

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting four temporary Production Operatives to join a team in Holsworthy during their busy peak season.

You'll work across a variety of production lines, including moulding, wrapping and packing, as part of a fast-paced production environment.

What We Offer

  • Full-time, temporary positions.
  • 11-hour shifts, 4 days a week.
  • 6am-5pm shifts.
  • Various shift patterns.
  • One weekday off each week, with the day off rotating from week to week.
  • Full training provided for operating machinery.

Key Duties

  • Work across a variety of production lines, including moulding, wrapping and packing.
  • Operate machinery safely, with full training provided.
  • Ensure safety standards are followed at all times.
  • Work closely with team members to maintain quality and efficiency.

Requirements

Required:

  • A positive and dependable approach to teamwork.
  • Willingness to take a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Desirable:

  • Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential.
