JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

EXPERIENCE

  • You must have previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • You must be familiar with assembly processes, including the use of power tools and hand tools.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting while also being self-motivated.
  • Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced production environment.
  • You must be physically fit as you will be required lift and move loudspeaker components.

  • Operate various power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
  • Follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct visual and functional inspections of components and finished products.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Report defects, equipment issues, or production concerns to the Team Leader.
  • Meet daily production targets and maintain consistent output.
