We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Operators to join our client on the outskirts of Glastonbury working in the food production, dairy industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety protocols and mechanical knowledge, ensuring the efficient operation of production machinery while adhering to strict quality standards. • Proven experience in food production or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations.

• Operate and monitor food production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Implement and follow HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines to maintain food safety throughout the production process.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment, performing basic maintenance as needed to prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and address any production issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced and any discrepancies encountered.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe working environment at all times.
• Assist in cleaning down production areas after production completed each day
