PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

We are seeking dedicated Production Operative’s to join our client on the outskirts of Chard. As a Production Operative you will play a crucial role in the cheese making process, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.

SKILLS:

• Physically able to comfortably lift up to 20KG
• Attention to detail
• Experience working in a factory setting is a plus

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
• Turning blocks of Cheese (20kg)
• Working in a hot/wet environment
• Draining the cheese
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Loading and Unloading of dairy products from the production line
• Moving clean trays onto conveyer belt
• Sending the trays of cheese on the demoulding conveyor
• Pulling out stacks from the shuttle with a trolley
