OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator with a background in food production or chemical process operations, to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food production environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of food safety protocols and HACCP standards, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards. This role requires mechanical knowledge and basic mathematical skills to operate machinery effectively and maintain production efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in food production, chemical processing or a similar role is preferred
• Strong understanding of HACCP principles and food safety regulations.
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and recording data accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

• Operate and monitor production machinery, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Implement HACCP guidelines and food safety practices throughout the production process.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to maintain cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on machinery, reporting any issues to the maintenance team as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets while maintaining quality control.
• Accurately measure ingredients and follow recipes to ensure consistency in product quality.
• Document production activities, including quantities produced and any deviations from standard procedures.
