We are looking for a production operative to join our established business, to cook shellfish, learn the smoking of fish and to assist in our busy packing department.
The work involves:
· “Dispatching” and cooking crab and lobster
· Learning the operation of our fish smoking kiln
· Packing customer orders for delivery via courier
You will also be working in the factory dispatch area with colleagues to ensure customer requirements are met to the highest standard.
What would be desirable is:
· A good work ethic with attention to detail.
· Food safety certificate
· Experience and knowledge of fish.
· Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
· Positive and helpful attitude.
(Training will be given)
This role is due to start as soon as possible
