1-2 Positions have come available in our small bakery, to join our production team. It’s heavy physical work in a fast pace, friendly environment. Rate depends on experience/performance. The bakery is located near Killinick, just off the Kilmore Road. 10 - 15 minutes from the Wexford town.

Monday - Friday 08:00-16:00
The ideal candidate will have/be:
* Previous food preparation and production experience;
* Creative and able to embrace/create new recipes;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Ability to engage with and prioritise production needs;
* Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible;
* Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
Responsibilities:
Ensuring safe food handling and full HACCP compliance.
Food preparation, baking and packaging.
Maintaining food safety records during and after production.
Day to day cleaning and maintenance of the bakery.
Fluent English
Experience: preferred but not essential. Full on site training will be provide Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
