The Role


As a Manufacturing Operator, you'll play an important part in producing high-quality precision components while working within a supportive production team.


Following comprehensive training, you'll learn to set up and operate a range of precision manufacturing equipment, ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.


Your Responsibilities Will Include


  • Operating precision manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
  • Producing high-quality components to tight tolerances
  • Recording technical measurements and production data accurately
  • Carrying out quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process
  • Updating production systems and completing associated documentation
  • Supporting continuous improvement and problem-solving activities
  • Working towards daily production targets while maintaining exceptional quality standards
  • Cross-training across different manufacturing processes to broaden your skills

About You


We're Looking For Someone Who Has


  • Previous experience within a manufacturing, production or engineering environment
  • A practical, hands-on approach with good mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
  • The ability to identify problems and contribute to continuous improvement
