Now, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Production Operative to join our Large Format Print & Finishing department.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, reliable, and eager to learn. Ideally, you’ll bring:
· A strong work ethic and team-first attitude
· Excellent attention to detail and visual accuracy
· Confidence using machinery or a willingness to learn
· Good time management and organisational skills
· Basic IT and numeracy skills

You’ll be working with some of the most advanced equipment in the industry, helping to produce and finish high-impact graphics and signage. Your main responsibilities will include:
· Operating large format printers to produce high-quality prints
· Laminating printed materials to ensure durability and finish
· Using Zund cutting tables to precision-cut graphics and signage
· Performing routine maintenance and quality checks on equipment
· Collaborating with the team to meet tight deadlines and project specs
