Your role will involve operating machinery, assembling components, conducting quality checks, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Operate production equipment and machinery following health and safety guidelines. Assemble products and ensure all components meet quality standards. Conduct regular quality inspections and document findings. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to good housekeeping practices. Report any issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement. Previous experience as a Production Operative or in a manufacturing environment is desirable. Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts as required by production demands. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude toward work. Basic understanding of health and safety regulations within a production setting.
