As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in our packing, assembly, and production processes to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards before reaching our customers. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow processes accurately, and a strong team ethic.

EXPERIENCE

• Experience in a production, packing, or warehouse environment,
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on product presentation,
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work to deadlines,
• Comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
  Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Zero hours contract
  Contract length: 6 months
  Pay: £12.21 per hour
  Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week

• Assemble and pack confectionery gift sets, hampers and retail ready units,
• Operate basic production machinery and equipment,
• Carry out quality control checks to maintain product presentation and food safety standards,
• Following standard operating procedures and production schedules to meet targets,
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with food hygiene regulations,
• Support stock rotation, labelling, and other preperation activities as required.
