Overview PRODUCTION OPERATIVE | CHICHESTER | DAYS ONLY Due to continued growth and increased demand for our products, we are expanding our team and looking for Production Operatives to join us at Natures Way Foods. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation where our people are at the heart of what we do. As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in supporting our expanding production lines, ensuring our fresh, high-quality food products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards for our retail customers. Shift pattern We run a consistent 28-day shift pattern days only 7am–7pm. Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday Then it repeats – 14 working days every 28 days, giving you a mix of full rest days and extended breaks.
