PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

Stability, growth and opportunity at Preci-Spark
We are looking to recruit multiple Production Operators to join our existing team at our Syston facility. The varying production roles primarily involve the assembly components using various methods, checking and visually inspecting at all times whilst adhering to industry and company standards.

SUGGESTED REQUIREMENTS FOR THE MANUFACTURING POSITIONS

• Experience in assembly and fabrication preferred
• Machining experience also helpful.
• Quality and visual inspection
• Experience in using hand tools and power tools.
• Experience in deburring preferred.
• An excellent eye for detail, to meet Quality performance expectations.
• Able to work in an organised and methodical manner.
• Able to adhere to job instruction sheets.
• Capable of working as part of a team but also independently.
• Good communication skills.
• Aerospace industry experience would be an advantage.

• Assembly and manual fabrication.

• Keep within both company, and industry standards.
• Reading engineering drawings.
• Achieving production targets.
• Health, safety and environment compliance.
