JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a hands-on approach, with a focus on utilising both hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks within a warehouse environment.
Pay: £12.21 basic (37.5 hours) Enhanced pay beyond these hours and working Sundays / Bank Holidays
Description: Picking / Packing the required food / oils as instructed by the Supervisor in charge, ensuring the food is ready for distribution.

• Operate various hand tools and power tools to assemble components according to specifications.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions and production schedules to meet daily targets.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and resolve any issues that arise during assembly.
• Assist in the movement of materials and finished goods within the warehouse as needed.
