Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Willand (EX15)
Salary: £14.41 Per Hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 14:30 PM - 22:30 PM
Start Date: Immediate Start Available
About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Production Operatives to join our team in Cullompton. KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not required—training will be provided.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work Evening shifts.

Experience:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operating machinery and equipment on the production line.
• Assembling products according to specifications.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Assisting with packing and preparing products for dispatch.
• Following all health and safety guidelines.
