PRODUCTION OPERATIVE - ANODISING

We are looking for full time operatives to work a rotational shift pattern
The factory is open 5 days a week.
3 week rotating pattern as below :-
Week 1 early 6.00-15.30 Mon-Thurs, 6.00-10.00 Fri
Week 2 nights 20.30 - 7.00 - 10 hours
Week 3 lates 12.00-21.30 Mon-Thurs, 10.00-14.00 Fri
half hour unpaid lunch

THE ROLE

· is physical, busy and demanding.
· You will be required to set up frames for production, count parts, pack finished product and sign off paperwork.
· You will be on your feet all day, moving and lifting aluminium parts and panels.
· We are looking for people with loads of energy, enthusiasm and who are up for the challenge and willing to learn
· Key Skills – reliability, numeracy, accuracy and responsibility
· You need the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
· You also need great timekeeping skills
· You need to be enthusiastic and adaptable to carry out duties with a flexible attitude.
There will be immediate interviews and starts for suitable candidates.
Interviews may include a numeracy and aptitude test.
We are ideally looking for someone with or the willingness to learn ….
· Experience in an engineering environment
· Ability to interpret engineering drawings
· Understanding of fabricated panel designs
· Manual handling experience
· A good standard of GCSE’s
