Position: Production Operatives / Direct Employment
Transport: Free transport provided from Aberdeen to Buckie
Location: Buckie
Contract: Fixed-Term, September 2025 - Christmas 2025
Shifts: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with 20 min paid and 30 min unpaid breaks
Pay Rate: £12.25 per hour

We are a multi-site business producing a range of the finest Scottish salmon and seafood products, which we supply to retailers in the UK and globally.
As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for Production Operatives to join our team on a fixed-term basis to support production during our busiest period of the year.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are committed to high-quality work. Flexibility, teamwork, and reliability are key.
Prior food production experience is welcome but not essential - full training will be provided.

As a Production Operative, you will be involved in:
Slicing, cutting, packing, and dispatching seafood products
Adding value to products to meet customer specifications
Maintaining quality standards while meeting production targets
This role requires good manual handling skills, dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
