FTC PRODUCTION OPERATIVES (MULTIPLE ROLES)

Location: Simonswood, Liverpool
Start Dates: ASAP
Contract: FTC to December 2025 or March 2026
Shift: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Week 1 06:00 – 14:00. Week 2 14:00 – 22:00
Salary: Up to £30,568.81, dependent on role
Bonus: One Month Loyalty Bonus payable upon successful completion of FTC

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Using your passion for quality and collaboration, you will:
Set up machinery and metal detectors for sauce packing.
Follow daily production plans to meet output targets.
Ensure product quality by packing at the optimum time.
Maintain 100% allergen control and prevent cross-contamination.
Complete quality and traceability checks (electronic, paper-based, and visual).
Identify and resolve basic maintenance issues, escalating when needed.
Coordinate raw material and consumable supply with the warehouse.
Support training and induction of new team members.
Adhere to food safety and health & safety regulations.
Assist with audits and high-profile visits (e.g., BRC).
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Management teams to address non-conformances and drive improvements.
