Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com Scope: The Soldermask (Print) Operator is responsible for exposing and developing soldermask and legend inks on printed circuit board (PCB) panels. Duties and Responsibilities: Operate Nuvogo LDI units, including start up, set up, process check, quality check, shut down, cleaning, and minor preventative maintenance Operate the machines used for developing imaged soldermask Operate the machines used for developing dry film soldermask Operate equipment used to create diazo film Operate the DynaChem vacuum applicator Complete tape testing of materials Responsible for pre-treat and lamination of soldermask and comformask Maintain production flow by keeping the department organized Follow all departmental process procedures correctly Complete all departmental documentation accurately Complete quality checks when product arrives in and exits the department Perform other tasks as assigned by management and cross-train as needed to assist production Note: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees, and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel. Essential Knowledge and Skills: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted Ability to stand for the duration of shift Ability to read and understand blueprints, customer specifications, and procedures Basic math, problem solving, interpersonal skills, and computer skills Must possess interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills Follow all safety measures Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent Previous manufacturing experience preferred Previous PCB experience preferred #LI-JS1 Compensation and Benefits: TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs.
