As you reach key service milestones and are in good standing, you’ll be eligible for step‑progression pay increases. We also consider experience when determining starting pay, and 3rd Shift comes with a $1.00 per hour SHIFT PREMIUM! Hours: 7:00PM to 5:30AM (to start / position may transition to an 8-hour shift in the future) Days: Monday-Friday (starting Sunday evening) What is the job: As a Production Operator at Avient, you'll set up and operate equipment to blend, mix, or transport chemicals that make up our customer products, ensuring high quality and cost efficiency. You'll also be responsible for machine maintenance, quality control, data recording, and supporting the company's vision and principles while adhering to safety and regulatory rules.
