Production Operator I continuously monitor the performance and efficiency of production equipment and communicate with the Line Leader about any line issues. 12 hour shifts 4-3 / 3-4 On 4 Sunday - Wednesday, Off 3 Thursday -Saturday On 3 Sunday - Tuesday, Off 4 Wednesday - Saturday Production Operator Responsibilities:  * Communicate production information to the Line Leader and fellow Operators * Performs all duties in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner as instructed by the Line Leader * Verifies that the correct material is being consumed at the production line according to the Build of Materials * Identify and record acceptable and defective products * Assembles, inspects, and cleans solar modules per work instructions * Operate and conduct continuous monitoring of automated machinery * Perform continuity testing using a meter  * Connect cables and wires to complete assemblies and installations * Perform basic quality auditing, testing, and troubleshooting functions to ensure product quality * Clean machines, tools, and equipment * Other duties or tasks as assigned by leadership.
