JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to manage and track material batches under inspection or quarantine, collect and input inspection data, and generate reports and charts to support engineering projects. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and organized quality control records and documentation, analyzing process and quality data, and preparing summaries and reports as needed. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve processes and uphold quality standards is essential, as well as participating in internal and external audits and supporting quality training initiatives.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Valid and already approved open work permit for 2 years from date of hire.
  • 1+ year of recent experience in a similar work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written, email and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with metrology tools (e.g., calipers, gage blocks, micrometers).
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong team player.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Clean room experience.
  • Direct industry experience.
  • Ability to work weekends.
  • Diploma in a technical industry.
