We’re on the hunt for energetic and reliable Food Production Operatives to join the crew at Holmesterne. You’ll be hands-on, moving fast, and helping us keep quality high and customers happy.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working on a production line preparing and packing food products
• Following recipes and processes – every gram counts!
• Checking for quality – eyes like a hawk
• Keeping your area clean and safe (a tidy station is a happy station!)
• Supporting your team to hit daily targets

We’re Looking For:

• A great work ethic – reliable, punctual, and ready to learn
• Team players who can follow instructions and stay focused
• Good attention to detail (especially when it comes to food safety!)
• Previous food factory or kitchen experience? Great! If not, we’ll train you up
