We are looking for our next Production Operator who is looking to step up into a leadership role!

THE ROLE

Our Bentley site located in Perth manufactures and distributes a range of milk and milk-based products, made with fresh milk sourced directly from over 30 farms in the Albany, Harvey, and Northcliffe regions of south-western WA.
The team at Bentley is a multicultural and diverse bunch, spanning 20 countries from around the world! The site currently manufactures more than 70 million litres a year including the state’s number one flavoured milk product - Masters!
We are looking for a Production Worker who has experience in an FMCG environment. While this is a typical production role, we are looking for someone who can step up into a Leading Hand or Relief Team Leader position from time to time. If you have experience running toolbox meetings, helping the team solve issues and are looking to get into a leadership role, this could be the role for you!
This role is a mix of day and afternoon shifts as well as some shifts falling on Saturdays. Candidates need to be available to work these times.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurate completion and recording of all quality, testing, and production-related documents.
• Working effectively and efficiently to reduce downtime
• Reporting safety incidents and maintenance requirements
• Ensuring production areas are cleaned up to quality standards
• Adhering to company safety and quality policies and procedures
