Bega in Koroit are looking for its next team member to join our team in the bulk fats area. This is a 12-month full time contract, enough time to get stuck in! The Role Bega’s Koroit site manufactures a range of dairy products including skimmed and full cream milk powders, buttermilk powders, milk protein concentrate, lactoferrin powder, retail milk powders, anhydrous milk fat, liquid cream and butter. We have an excellent opportunity for a Production Operator to join the team. You will be responsible for assisting in the retail and bulk butter packing lines, ensuring efficient running of the lines in accordance with the highest food safety & nutritional standards. Previous knowledge of this is not required to be successful in the role, but eagerness to learn and grow is expected. This role works across day and night shifts; all shifts are 12 hours (6am to 6pm days and 6pm to 6am nights). Candidates must be able to work both shifts. This is a 12-month fixed term full time contract, due to conclude at the end of 2026. Responsibilities Safe setup and operation of all equipment in allocated area Report all safety, quality and environmental incidents and issues Accurate completion and recording of all quality, testing, and production related documentation Work effectively and efficiently to reduce downtime Collaboration with Cross Functional teams About you Ability to work without supervision and take direction as required Forklift license and experience desirable Experience in FMCG or a similar field with transferable skills Positive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn & develop Good communication skills and ability to work and collaborate in a team Bega Group Story Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands. Responsibilities

The Production Operator will assist in the retail and bulk butter packing lines, ensuring efficient operation in accordance with food safety and nutritional standards. Responsibilities include safe setup and operation of equipment, reporting incidents, and completing quality documentation.
