Production Operator Overview | C Shift: Production Operator will be responsible for driving and executing the day-to-day work of the production line while ensuring that quality and safety standards are met. Production Operator I continuously monitor the performance and efficiency of production equipment and communicate with the Line Leader about any line issues. 12 hour shifts 4-3 / 3-4 Off 4: Sunday - Wednesday | On 3: Thursday -Saturday Off 3: Sunday - Tuesday | On 4: Wednesday - Saturday Production Operator I Responsibilities: * Communicate production information to Line Leader and fellow Operators * Performs all duties in a safe, reliable and efficient manner as instructed by the Line Leader * Verifies that the correct material is being consumed at the production line according to the Build of Materials * Identify and record acceptable and defective products * Assembles, inspects, and cleans solar modules per work instructions * Operate and conduct continuous monitoring of automated machinery * Perform continuity testing using a meter * Connect cables and wires to complete assemblies and installation * Perform basic quality auditing, testing, and troubleshooting functions to ensure product quality * Clean machines, tools, and equipment * Other duties or tasks as assigned by leadership. Skills and Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Ability to read and understand technical documents, manuals and instructions * Ability to work in a high-volume environment to meet production targets and deadlines * Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to work overtime and/or flexible shift hours when required T1 Energy is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
