Candour Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Machine Operatives to join our well-established client based in the Caerphilly Area
This role presents a unique chance to become a part of a dedicated team within a well-established company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Setting up machines, which involves configuring software and adjusting machine settings.
• Selecting, measuring, and mounting the appropriate tools and attachments for the job.
• Monitoring the machine during operation to ensure adherence to specifications and making adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.
• Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure they are holding up to quality standards and specifications.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the workplace at all times.
• Documenting actions by completing production and quality logs.
