As part of the Sky Racing production team, you’ll be right where the action happens, working across race tracks and broadcast hubs to deliver seamless, high-quality coverage to audiences across Australia and beyond. How you'll be part of the action Reporting to the Production Lead, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering live broadcast events. You’ll operate production equipment, collaborate with on-course and hub teams, and ensure every moment reaches viewers with clarity and precision. * Operate and troubleshoot broadcast equipment during live racing and studio events * Set up cameras, audio, and on-course systems across race day environments * Collaborate with hub and field teams to deliver seamless live transmissions * Provide real-time technical support, resolving issues under live broadcast pressure * Maintain equipment standards and report faults to ensure ongoing reliability * Support team capability by sharing knowledge and assisting new team members What you'll need to succeed You’re a calm, capable operator who thrives in live environments.
