Think of it as ‘practical magic.’ Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in Harrisburg, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. You will play a critical part in ensuring our production processes run smoothly and efficiently to meet our organizational goals and customer demands. Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and specifications Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity Inspect finished products for quality defects and ensure compliance with quality standards Organize and maintain accurate production records and documentation Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines Analyze production data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment and techniques Participate in onboarding and training programs to develop technical skill sets Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience operating production equipment in a manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to analyze production metrics and troubleshoot basic equipment issues Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods Proficiency in reading blueprints, gauges, and production specifications Reliable attendance and punctuality Preferred: OSHA safety certification Preferred: Forklift certification Preferred: Experience with inventory management systems Preferred: Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles Additional Information Find us on Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram We are an equal opportunity employer.
