We are currently seeking out 1 AMAZING Production Operator for our Fabrication Assembly Department on the day shift.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Reading and interpreting drawings/blueprints to determine the depth, width, angle and grinding requirements in order to prepare for fabrication of material
  • Operating grinders, drills, buffers, and/or other equipment as necessary to fabricate parts
  • Set-up, adjusting and operating machinery/equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Preparing work to be completed by reviewing work orders, material, products, gauges, machinery and equipment
  • Inspecting finished products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards
  • Fabricating, assembling, and repairing material using hand tools, power tools and other equipment such as tape measures and calipers
  • Material handling
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

What gives you the edge:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Mathematical aptitude
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for long periods of time
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a willingness to learn new skills
