As a Production Operator – Food Industry, you will work on the coating line, where cookies receive their final delicious layer. You will carefully follow recipes and strict quality guidelines to ensure every product meets the highest standards. Cleanliness and hygiene are second nature to you, and together with your colleagues, you keep the production process running smoothly.
This position offers variety and responsibility, as you work with chocolate coating processes widely used in the confectionery industry. You’ll mainly work in a 5-shift schedule, with some months in a 3-shift rotation. This role provides growth opportunities within a stable and supportive work environment.

You will work for one of the largest confectionery producers in Northwest Europe. The production site and headquarters are located in Harderwijk, where the company has been operating since 1958. As a family-owned business founded in 1880, we produce a wide variety of products including chocolate-coated biscuits, gingerbread cookies, crispbread, and children’s cookies – many of which are private-label brands found in major supermarkets.
