  •    Able to drive the forklift, jockey, and semi-trailer, all in-house only. •    Be prepared to begin work at the designated start time; •    Know, Follow, and Understand all company, job, and safety procedures, training, and policies for the following; but not limited to:  ISO procedures (to maintain quality and customer satisfaction), On the Job Training, DOT, OSHA, EPA, and SDS for right to know. •    Perform the essential functions of this position. •    Safely conduct operations and identify and report any potential safety hazards to a Shift Leader, HS&E Coordinator, or other management personnel.  •    Wear all required personal protective equipment; •    Treat other employees with dignity and respect; •    Maintain a clean, “tour-ready” work area. •    Ask questions to develop a clear understanding of their training.  •    Follows verbal instructions.  Able to retain and act on learned knowledge. •    Motivated to work.  Willing to ask questions for further understanding of job. •    Work overtime as required to support the continuity of operations at the plant. •    Perform any other related duties as directed by the Operations Leader or the Production Shift Leader. •    Attends meetings; including such, but not limited to Safety, Communications, Benefits, Educational, and Team •    Transfers formulated products to drums, labels, and completes required paperwork. •    Gains understanding of production schedule and processes of how it relates to work assignments & special instructions. •    Attends meetings, such as; safety & related, communications, benefits, training, and other team meetings. •    Able to see computer screen information and perform accurate keyboarding to perform this job. •    Keep equipment & tools neat and put back in their rightful place. •    Performs housekeeping while on the job and checks to make sure all is cleaned as you work. •    Receives approval for hose change, etc.  Notifies leadership of any mechanical or plant-related issues
