You will be manufacturing precision photonics components for the telecommunication, defence and life science sectors. Assembly of product from drawing, sketches, procedures, or verbal instruction. Fibre stripping, cleaving, polishing, and final laser testing of fibre sub-assemblies. Process a wide range of fibre optic components to high quality standards. Packing parts for shipments to detailed written procedures. Responsibilities

The operator will be responsible for assembling custom fiber optic products using drawings, sketches, or verbal instructions, which includes fibre stripping, cleaving, polishing, and final laser testing of sub-assemblies. They must also process a wide range of fiber optic components to high quality standards and pack parts according to detailed written procedures.
