JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join our warehouse team in a growing e-commerce business specializing in health supplements.
This role involves supporting day-to-day operations including order packing, label printing, and preparing parcels for dispatch. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills and a strong attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS:

Basic computer literacy (label printing, order processing)
Good level of English (reading and understanding order details)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
Experience in e-commerce or warehouse operations is a plus, but not essential
Physically fit – some lifting and standing required

Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
Print shipping labels and prepare packages for courier collection
Use a computer system to manage orders, inventory, and tracking
Ensure that all products are packed according to hygiene and safety standards
Restock shelves, organize stock, and assist with regular stock counts
Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized workspace
Report any stock discrepancies or packaging issues to the team leader
Assist in general warehouse tasks as required
