Production Operator We have an opportunity for a Production Operator to join our team at Honeywell, in Southend-on-Sea. The successful candidate will play a key role in the production line (packing, labelling and implementing quality assurance). This is a permanent role, based fully onsite in Southend. Key Responsibilities * To manually & automatically assemble products * Completion of First offs quality samples and complete quality documentation * Ensure efficient running of Assembly equipment * Feed components and replenish materials for assembly / packing processes * Actively support waste reduction initiatives * Ideally be able to read & understand Quality documentation * Adhere to Health & Safety standards Key Skills and Qualifications * Able to operate within a high-volume production/manufacturing environment * To be fully committed to achieving the team’s objectives and targets * To be self-motivated and able to work using their own initiative, and as part of a team * Used to working with high standard of quality control * Good communicator at all levels Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition. Responsibilities
