JOB OVERVIEW

We are an expanding paint manufacturer and filler based in Northumberland, due to expansion within our workload we are looking for multiple production operators to join our team on a temp to perm contract subject to a successful probationary period
The right candidate will be able to demonstrate the below criteria-
- Good understanding of production processes
- Good interpersonal skills, both within their team and management
- Able to work under pressure
- Take ownership for quality within their remit
- Flexible to undertake picking and packing jobs
- Pack products in a timely manner
- Abiding by site health and safety rules
- Abide by the site quality standards
- Completing paperwork accurately
- Reporting any issues to your supervisor
- Keen to learn new processes
- Work on a fast-paced production line
- Complete paperwork accurately
Experience of working in production environment is essential
Experience of working on paint filling lines preferred but not essential
You would be required to work as part of a team but also be able to use your own initiative
Hours of work are-
Day shift is Mon – Thur 07:00am-15:30pm Fri 07:00am-14:30pm
Horizon does not accept any cold calling from employment agencies
Operators with desired experience may be eligible for higher rate

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

• Filling line operation: 1 year (preferred)
