Your potential is our inspiration. Where You’ll Make a Difference Health & Safety – Comply with company health and safety policies, eliminate hazards, and report accidents or near misses promptly. Packing Operations – Execute packing of products (paste, pieces, flakes) per schedules and specifications; minimize downtime and maximize yield. Problem Solving – Apply effective techniques to resolve plant or product performance issues quickly. Documentation – Accurately record all process control and quality data for traceability; report non-compliance immediately. Quality Control – Perform routine checks and in-process testing to ensure products meet company and customer specifications; isolate non-conforming products. Cleaning & Hygiene – Follow strict cleaning protocols to maintain hygiene and prevent contamination; document all cleaning activities. Professional Development – Participate in training, share knowledge, and support team development; maintain collaborative relationships. Communication – Maintain clear communication with production teams and escalate issues promptly. Sustainability – Demonstrate commitment to company sustainability goals and contribute to positive environmental outcomes. What Makes You the Right Fit Previous experience in a food production environment. Strong attention to detail with high numeracy and literacy skills. Mechanical aptitude for operating processing equipment. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Flexibility, adaptability, and self-motivation with strong time management skills.
