Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Maintain accurate inventory levels within ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ensuring all transactions and movements are recorded timely and accurately. Operate foam blending panels and assist with batch preparation in accordance with safety and quality standards. Support production activities including material staging, mixing, packaging, labeling, and weighing of finished goods. Maintain and clean production equipment and work areas to ensure safe and efficient operations. Complete production documentation and lot tracking accurately within ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite). Collect and document quality control samples per established procedures. Maintain accurate inventory in ERP/WMS systems, ensuring all material movements are recorded in real time. Perform cycle counts and physical inventories; investigate and resolve discrepancies. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and lot traceability of all materials, including control of non-conforming goods. Receive inbound materials, verify against purchase orders, and process receipts in the system. Prepare and stage outbound shipments, including packaging, palletizing, labeling, and documentation (BOLs). Coordinate freight pickups and track shipments, resolving delays or issues as needed. Load/unload trucks and transport materials using forklifts and industrial equipment. Operate company vehicles, including a 26’ box truck, for local transfers in compliance with DOT regulations. Follow all safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations, and hazardous material handling procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Identify and support process improvements to enhance production efficiency, inventory accuracy, and material flow. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of hands-on experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or production. Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred). Previous WMS/RF Scanner experience preferred. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Ability to safely operate a 26’ dry van truck. Strong working knowledge of warehouse safety practices. Must possess strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and email communication Forklift experience (certification preferred or willingness to obtain) Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills Physical/Mental Demands and Work Environment Ability to lift and move materials up to 50–75 lbs. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Ability to operate industrial equipment and company vehicles Work performed in warehouse and production environments. May require occasional extended hours to meet production or shipping deadlines.
