Job description:
Masstemps are currently recruiting for a full time, temp to perm scrap yard labourer to join a busy and expanding metal recycling company based on the outskirts of Stratford-upon-Avon.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a clean and organised yard by removing debris and waste materials.
• Sorting and picking metals from a production conveyor belt.
• Weighing out materials such as copper and steel.
• Ensure that all tools and equipment are stored correctly after use.
• Support team members with various tasks as required, including moving materials and assisting with deliveries.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
