Description
Operate and monitor assembly machines and processes to ensure high-quality production. Perform machine setup, calibration, and minor troubleshooting tasks. Handle semiconductor wafers and dies with precision tools under a microscope. Conduct visual inspections of bonded units for defects such as non-stick and misalignment. Record production data and promptly report any abnormalities to technicians or engineers. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and strictly adhere to safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and align with cleanroom protocols, including ESD and gowning requirements. Support continuous improvement and yield enhancement activities to successfully implement efficiency strategies. Minimum of SPM education, with a preference for SKM certification. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, specifically in wire bond and/or die bond processes. Fresh graduates with relevant technical training will also be considered. Familiarity with semiconductor assembly equipment and tools. Outstanding hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to read and follow technical instructions and drawings accurately. Basic computer literacy, including data entry and machine interface skills. Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and rotate shifts. Demonstrated standout colleague with strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
