Mrs. Dunster’s has been a family tradition throughout the Maritimes and Maine for 50 years. We are a local, family owned and operated fresh bakery, with bakery operations in Sussex, NB, and Moncton, NB. We are currently looking for Production Operators, these individuals will be responsible for operating various bakery equipment, operating multi-function process control machinery and single-function machines to process and package food, and associated products.

Experience:

• production: 1 year (required)
• Baking: 1 year (required

• Ability to work 12 hour shifts including days/nights and weekends.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Must be on their feet for extended periods while they operate and watch the product for quality.
• Provide ideas and solutions to help reduce finished costs.
• Work in a team setting, bringing ideas to contribute to a continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to learn quickly, pays attention to detail as working with food product.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as production runs on a schedule.
• Learning the different job duties and steps involved with each stage of production.
• Monitor quality of product and report any quality issues.
• Cleaning of production equipment as needed (this may include sweeping, blowing with air, washing dishes).
• Ensure checklists and all necessary paperwork is maintained and kept up to date and provide data to various reports.
• Adhere to working in compliance with food safety/sanitation/quality standards.
• Upholds and complies with company procedures, standards and policies in all situations including health and safety standards and regulations.
