OB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Duties include but are not limited to  Validate the availability of all required documents (JFT, PCC, etc.) prior to new job start-up in order to minimize downtime and insure production consistency.  Operate machine as per the Work Instruction in order to insure a safe and sound runnability.  Troubleshoot problems and request support upon need, in order to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.  Check and relay startup sample to the production section head for his approval before passing same for QC inspection to ensure quality of the start-up run.  Report any quality defects to QC and production section head to take any necessary action.  Assign tasks to Helpers to insure an organized run, and sustain the 5S conditions of his machines and surrounding work place.

Responsibilities

The Production Operator is responsible for setting up and operating machinery according to specifications to ensure efficient production. They must also troubleshoot technical issues, maintain quality standards, and oversee the organization of the workspace using 5S principles.
