Description

Perform Change over and set the Machine parameters as per JFT and Process Control Card (PCC), and generate PCC for the new orders and relay it to Team Leader for review and approval. Perform troubleshooting any problem related to his machine to minimize downtime, defected material and improve machine efficiency. Generate (check) and sign the product and pallet label to ensure correct details and packing mode Implement 5S activities related to his machine according to the set plan to enhance the working condition.

Responsibilities

The Production Operator is responsible for performing machine changeovers and setting parameters according to the JFT and PCC. They also troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.
