JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS: Duties include but are not limited to -Validate the availability of all required documents (JFT, PCC, etc.) prior to new job start-up in order to minimize downtime and insure production consistency. -Operate machine as per the Work Instruction in order to insure a safe and sound runnability. -Troubleshoot problems and request support upon need, in order to minimize downtime and improve efficiency. -Check and relay startup sample to the production section head for his approval before passing same for QC inspection to ensure quality of the start-up run. -Report any quality defects to QC and production section head to take any necessary action. -Assign tasks to Helpers to insure an organized run, and sustain the 5S conditions of his machines and surrounding workplace.
