Operate automated and manual packaging equipment Load and unload pallets for shipping using forklifts Assist with forklift operations (training provided) Perform equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance checks Follow all safety procedures, including the use of PPE Work a schedule that starts Sunday evening and ends Thursday evening; overtime may be required based on production needs Work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate interest in long-term employment Perform additional duties as required based on team needs Climb 20–30 feet using provided safety equipment Demonstrate proactive and problem-solving qualities in plant operations Requirements Minimum Qualifications Ability to understand, monitor, and regulate integrated production and packaging equipment Ability to lift and handle materials weighing between 20 and 50 lbs Education High School Diploma or GED equivalent Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Attention to detail Problem-solving skills PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
