Long established Aluminium Food Container Manufacturer based near Bridgend require Production Operators on an initial fixed term contract, extended on a rolling basis with a view to a potential permanent position.
Candidates will be joining a busy and fast-paced production environment on an initial temporary fixed term contract basis, dependant on performance and contract availability this has the potential to become a permanent contract.
You will be responsible for operating production machines whilst achieving specified output figures. The role involves picking and packing products into boxes, highlighting any quality issues as they arise, whilst ensuring safe working practices are followed at all times.

Immediate start available for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Candidate is dynamic, energetic and self-driven
• Excellent time keeping
• Experience of production environment essential

Alternating weeks: Days/Afternoons - Rate of pay £12.85 / hour with a paid 40 hour week.
Days Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm
Afternoons Monday to Friday 2pm - 10pm
