Production Operators – 7X Permanent POSITION SNAPSHOT Location: Smithtown | 7X permanent - Full time    POSITION SUMMARY To support the Production team with our new line, we are seeking experienced Production Operators who are enthusiastic, hardworking and enjoy a fast paced and dynamic work environment. Opportunities are available in the below department: Coffee Mixes   A DAY IN THE LIFE... Reporting to the Line Manager, your responsibilities will include:   A focus on continuous improvement and structured problem solving Assist in achieving line standards associated with production runs and the standard conditions & routines associated with Safety & the 4M's (Man, Machine, Method, Material). Achieve a "zero injury, defect, waste" mind-set & promote behaviours that have a positive impact on Safety Health Environment & Quality. Participate in Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) and Total Performance Management (TPM) principles to build capability and improve your areas overall performance. Ensuring all work carried out adheres to quality, compliance, safety, reliability and cost requirements   WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL? Reliability and a high degree of flexibility including the ability to work shift work including weekends, days, and nights.
