The Production Operator will be responsible for supporting many operations of Sunterra Horticulture. We currently have both day and afternoon shifts available for this position.
This is a 40-hour a week position; weekend work may be required. This position is for up to 8 weeks to support with our end of season operations.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong work ethic

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must have own means of transportation to and from work.

• Work closely with Production Supervision and management to determine priorities and courses of action to improve product quality and employee safety
• Ensure all company procedures are being followed
• At all times work in a manner that maintains the safety of themselves and others
• Work extra hours as required to keep production running
• Additional duties as required
• Perform other duties as assigned.
